NCM Holding is a 100% black owned company, with a level 1 BEE rating, looking to becoming a dominator not only in the supply, procurement and manufacturing of the rail specific industry, but the wider sphere of engineering supplies as well as general supplies and contracting.

We are striving to provide a efficient and effective service to our clients and make sure we deliver quality products, at the most competitive rate.

Our conviction in building long and sustainable relationships is what we are aiming to accomplish. We have built up a network of steel manufacturers as well as a engineer we can consult, in order to make sure that our primary method of sourcing or manufacturing is done locally, and in doing so in the long run can be put in a position where we as NCM can ourselves manufacture and supply these items, locally.

We understand that businesses of this nature require an extensive amount of mentoring and advice from experts and mentors in order to ensure that we excel at the task at hand, and therefore are completely open to opportunities offered by your entity.

NCM Vision

Our vision is to grow into leaders and offer a turnkey solution in the supply, manufacturing and procurement field, through building strong relationships with our suppliers and manufacturers and thus putting us into a position where we will self become the manufacturers and suppliers, so that local content target can be met, and so that South Africa can have their own OEM’s and become self-sufficient. We also want to spearhead employment creation, for both male and females, with youth being our focus group.

Experience

As a “company” we are a new entry into the supply chain and procurement industry, but our director does have experience by working with a vast amount of companies in the industry of sourcing and supplying, thus gaining immense amount of knowledge and experience of the in’s and out’s of the industry and this gives us the edge on how to be as efficient as possible. By having a young entrepreneur, we believe that if we can get more youth involved and start developing their skills at an early age we can be pioneers in the industry.
